Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital store, including receiving, storing, and issuing medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain inventory control systems.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene as per hospital standards.
Maintain records of inward and outward stock movement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
Work closely with purchase and accounts departments for inventory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and inventory management guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management (preferred)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in hospital, healthcare, or related industry.
Good knowledge of medical store operations and inventory management.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and inventory software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
