The Hospital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and decision-makers. The role involves promoting the company's products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly hospital sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase managers, doctors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for hospital staff.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, pricing, and contracts with hospital procurement departments.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to plan and execute promotional activities, CME programs, and hospital engagement initiatives.
Ensure post-sales support, timely supply, and excellent customer service to build long-term partnerships.
