Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist for our hospital to manage front desk operations along with OPD and IPD billing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hospital environment, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of billing software.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle OPD and IPD patient registration efficiently. Prepare, generate, and manage billing for OPD and IPD patients. Process payments through cash, UPI, and card, ensuring accurate record maintenance. Maintain and regularly update patient records in the billing system. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to address patient-related inquiries. Manage incoming calls and support appointment scheduling. Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:



Previous experience in Hospital/Healthcare setup Hospital billing knowledge is preferred Must be able to do rostered Night duty
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
