Job Description

Patient and visitor services:

Greet patients warmly, answer phone calls, and provide information about services and office policies.

Scheduling and coordination:

Schedule appointments for diagnostic procedures, lab work, and follow-up visits. You will also manage rescheduling and cancellations.

Patient check-in and check-out:

Verify patient information, collect co-pays and other payments, and help patients complete necessary paperwork.

Record management:

Maintain and update patient charts in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.

Administrative duties:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails. Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.

Insurance and billing:

Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorization, process referrals, and assist with billing and other financial tasks.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between patients, referring physicians, and the diagnostic center's staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
