Experience Required: 2-6 years experience in IP & OP front desk (mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Hospital Administration preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide patients and visitors courteously.
Handle IP & OP registrations, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, lab & radiology.
Manage billing, cash handling, insurance/TPA processing.
Maintain accurate patient records in HMS software.
Support admission, discharge, room allocation, and patient movement.
Handle patient queries and provide clear communication.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hospital workflow (IP, OP, billing & admissions)
Proficiency in hospital management software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in handling patient flow, emergency, and OP rush hours
