We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Hospital Receptionist
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient patient registration, and excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and doctor consultations.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for patient flow management.
Manage billing, cash handling, and issue receipts for consultations or procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate with relevant experience.
Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
