Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient service.
Collect co-payments or fees and issue receipts as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist in maintaining and updating patient records in the hospital system.
Handle emergency situations calmly and direct patients appropriately.
