Hospital Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with doctors and departments.
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain patient records and update the database regularly.
Handle billing, payment collection, and documentation as per hospital policy.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Hospitality or Healthcare background).
1-3 years of experience
in hospital or healthcare front office operations.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication in
English and Hindi
.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Software).
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Customer service-oriented and presentable.
