The receptionist ensures smooth front-office operations, supports patient registration and appointment handling, and maintains a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Kannada preferred). Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in emotionally sensitive situations. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Information Systems, appointment software). Multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and behaviour.

Qualifications



Education:

PUC / Diploma / Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

Experience:

0-2 years in hospital or healthcare front-office; experience in mental-health settings is a plus.

Additional:

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or on rotation as required.

Pay: ?10,140.74 - ?25,607.70 per month
