Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for patient flow and appointment scheduling.
Handle check-ins, billing support, and basic administrative duties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Strong communication skills in English and local language (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of computer operations .
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Polite, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
