Job Description

Patient and Visitor Interaction:

Greeting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner; directing them to the appropriate departments or locations.

Appointment Scheduling:

Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments; managing appointment calendars and reminders.

Telephone Management:

Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Patient Record Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records; verifying insurance information and collecting payments.

Administrative Tasks:

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Communication:

Communicating with patients and staff in a clear and concise manner; addressing patient inquiries and concerns.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Environment:

Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming for patients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
