Develop and maintain hospital-wide quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare quality standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Indicators (QIs) for clinical and administrative functions.
2. Accreditation & Certification
Lead and coordinate accreditation processes.
Prepare documentation and evidence for audits and inspections.
Maintain continual readiness for external assessments.
3. Risk & Patient Safety
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for adverse events.
Maintain incident reporting systems and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
Monitor and mitigate clinical and non-clinical risks.
4. Audits & Inspections
Plan and execute internal audits of departments.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
5. Training & Development
Conduct training and awareness programs on quality improvement, infection control, patient safety, etc.
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze trends in patient feedback, complaints, and clinical outcomes.
