Implement, monitor, and maintain hospital quality management systems in accordance with NABH / JCI standards.
Assist in preparing documentation, manuals, SOPs, and policies related to hospital quality and patient safety.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
Identify gaps in hospital operations and work with departments for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collect, analyze, and report data on clinical and non-clinical quality indicators.
Organize quality training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for hospital staff.
Support incident reporting, risk management, and root cause analysis activities.
Coordinate with different departments for internal and external audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for patient care and hospital processes.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in hospital quality management or healthcare quality assurance.
Knowledge of NABH / JCI standards and hospital accreditation processes.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
