Job Title:

Pharmacy Purchase Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for procurement of medicines and pharmacy supplies for the hospital, ensuring timely availability, cost control, and compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase medicines and pharmacy consumables Maintain stock levels and prevent shortages/overstock Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates Verify invoices, GRNs, and purchase records Monitor expiry and return near-expiry items Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory norms

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or related field 2-4 years experience in hospital pharmacy purchase

Skills:

Inventory & vendor management Documentation and coordination Basic ERP/HMS knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
