The Hospital Pharmacy Auditor is responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency of all pharmacy operations within the hospital. This includes stock control, regulatory adherence, dispensing processes, storage and documentation, patient safety, and alignment with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
This role is critical to:
Prevent stock leakages and pilferage
Maintain patient safety and legal compliance
Ensure SOP adherence and operational excellence
Strengthen overall pharmacy governance framework
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management Audit
Conduct physical verification of stock and match with system data.
Check for expiry and near-expiry drugs, ensuring FEFO/FIFO practices are followed.
