Key Responsibilities

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions Dispense medications in accordance with hospital policies and legal regulations Monitor patient drug therapy and report adverse drug reactions Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff Ensure safe storage, handling, and labeling of medications Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure availability of medicines Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns

Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical therapeutics Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with hospital pharmacy systems and electronic medical records Ethical practice and patient-focused approach

Qualifications & Education

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) ,Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) Registered Pharmacist with a valid license from the relevant authority

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred Fresh graduates may be considered for junior pharmacist roles Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or clinical pharmacy services is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
