Dispense prescribed medicines accurately as per doctor's orders
Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and allergies
Maintain proper storage of medicines (temperature, expiry, cold chain)
Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and re-ordering
Check expiry dates and remove expired/near-expiry medicines
Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and billing entries
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of medicines and drug formulations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and patient counseling skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
Inventory and stock management skills
Qualification
D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Valid
Pharmacy Council Registration
(State PCI)
