To make available urgently if any medicine is required either on cash or on credit.
To check availability and stock of medicines and give order of same to vendors with proper availability of cash discount and scheme on order
Arrange all racks according to alphabetic order.
To maintain inventory of refrigerator, its temperature
Help to discard surgical/contaminated medicines those are not returned to the vendors.
Maintain Consumption inventory and flow chart month wise.
Maintain Stock out record.
Inventory management and accountability of drugs.
To make GRN entry on daily basis
Maintain purchase cash/credit records.
Maintain Bills and file it properly.
To check day to day cash handling and submit it to the accounts department.
To maintain NABH documentation on daily basis.
To represent Pharmacy quality indicators in monthly Quality indicator meeting.
