Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy to oversee our Hospital pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. The successful candidate will lead a team of pharmacy staff, manage inventory, and uphold regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care

- Lead and motivate pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures

- Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and consultations

- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions filled and patient information

Qualifications:- Registered Pharmacist with the Council

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, healthcare professionals, and staff

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient care

- Leadership abilities to guide and support a team of pharmacy professionals

- Proficiency in IT systems used in pharmacy operations

- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
