Dispense and review prescriptions in accordance with hospital policies.
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescribed medications.
Counsel patients on safe and effective use of medicines.
Monitor drug interactions, allergies, and side effects.
Maintain stock of pharmaceuticals, manage storage, and check expiry.
