Job Description

We are seeking a healthcare professional with strong expertise in hospital operations and accreditation processes to support our hospital consultancy projects. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing operational improvements while ensuring compliance with NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct operational assessments of hospitals, covering administration, clinical, and support services.

- Guide hospitals in achieving and maintaining NABH accreditation through gap analysis, documentation, training, and audit preparation.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, patient safety, and service quality.

- Support hospital leadership in performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic planning.

- Provide consultancy reports and recommendations tailored to client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
