About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and professionally qualified MBA graduate who has hands-on experience in managing hospital operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently while maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall hospital operations including OPD/IPD administration, patient flow, and service efficiency.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, front desk, and support staff to ensure seamless hospital functioning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical standards, and safety protocols.
Monitor staff performance, scheduling, training, and overall workforce management.
Handle billing processes, insurance coordination, patient query resolution, and customer service improvement.
Maintain facility hygiene, maintenance, and stock/ inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Support hospital marketing, reputation management, and patient retention strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, cost control, and operational planning.
Implement quality standards (NABH / healthcare audits) and ensure continuous improvement.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and healthcare agencies as required.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of hospital administration workflows
Familiarity with healthcare software (HIS / ERP / Billing systems)
Team handling & problem-solving capability
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations professionally
Preferred Background
Experience working in hospitals, multispecialty clinics, or healthcare chains
Exposure to NABH standards, insurance desk operations, or hospital audits
MBA with specialization in Hospital / Healthcare Management
