Job Description

Daily Operations:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the hospital, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Policy and Procedure Development:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Resource Allocation:

Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and other resources are available to support patient care and hospital operations.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Hiring, Training, and Supervision:

Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Employee Well-being:

Promote a positive and supportive work environment for hospital staff.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the hospital complies with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.

Quality Improvement:

Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Patient Satisfaction:

Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address any patient complaints.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.

Interdepartmental Communication:

Resolve disputes and operational issues between departments.

Patient Safety:

Ensure patient safety and the well-being of all patients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
