Your Role

• Patient Patient Care & Management: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and treatment plans under the supervision of doctors. Ensure patients\' physical and emotional comfort throughout their stay.
• Emergency Response & Triage: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, ensuring timely intervention and care coordination between medical teams.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes, ensuring they understand medication usage, diet plans, and aftercare procedures.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor patients vital signs and conditions regularly. Document and report any changes in patient health to the medical team promptly.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in meetings and discussions regarding patient care plans and treatment progress.

What You Bring

• Nursing Expertise: At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, with proficiency in patient management, emergency response, and post-operative care.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams. Compassionate and empathetic in patient interactions.
• Attention to Detail:
• Exceptional focus on detail for accurately monitoring patients conditions, administering treatments, and documenting reports.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with hospital management systems, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with medical equipment effectively.
