Requirement of a

Night Manager

on Duty (MOD)

for a reputed hospital in Ghaziabad,

Responsibilities:

The candidate will plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, patient safety, and staff coordination during night hours.

Oversee admissions, discharges, and internal transfers Ensure SOPs are followed across departments Conduct regular rounds, especially in high-risk areas like ICU Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards Handle emergency issues Check hospital maintenance and coordinate with engineering or housekeeping if needed

Qualification:

Graduate/ PG (Healthcare Management preferred)

Experience:

3-6 years in Hospital,

should have done Night Duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
