Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness events.
Build partnerships with local communities, corporates, apartments, schools, and gyms.
Promote key services such as Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Physiotherapy, Dental, Dermatology, etc.
2. Digital Marketing & Content
Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).
Coordinate with designers/creators to produce reels, posts, patient testimonials, and doctor videos.
Track and report digital engagement, leads, and conversion metrics.
3. Doctor & Referral Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
Maintain a referral log and provide weekly updates on referral performance.
Promote new consultants, health packages, and specialty services.
4. Branding & On-Ground Visibility
Ensure brand visibility at clinics--standees, brochures, posters, external signboards, and in-clinic branding.
Coordinate with printing vendors and maintain quality & timely delivery of materials.
5. Lead Management & CRM Activities
Follow up on patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media).
Manage patient follow-up campaigns--reminders, reviews, birthday messages, and post-treatment check-ins.
Maintain a clean database of leads and patient interactions.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with campaign insights.
Track ROI for both digital and offline campaigns.
Suggest new ideas and improvement areas based on data.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Comfortable working on-field for outreach and partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of healthcare services is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in hospital or clinic marketing preferred.
