To plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that enhance the hospital's visibility, patient footfall, brand value, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement hospital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Analyze local market trends, competitors, and patient needs to design effective campaigns.
Identify and develop service lines or specialties for promotion.
2. Doctor & Referral Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, referral doctors, and clinics.
Conduct regular visits, CMEs, health talks, and outreach programs with doctors.
Track and report referral trends, and work on strategies to improve them.
3. Community & Corporate Outreach:
Organize health camps, wellness programs, and awareness drives in schools, societies, corporate offices, etc.
Build corporate tie-ups for preventive health check-ups, OPD packages, and IPD admissions.
4. Branding & Communication:
Coordinate with design and media teams for internal and external promotional material (posters, brochures, digital content).
Supervise signage, branding, and patient experience initiatives inside and outside the hospital.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
5. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Plan and oversee social media and online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
Work with digital agencies or internal teams for content calendars, creatives, and lead generation.
6. Event Management:
Plan and manage hospital events such as doctor onboarding programs, public seminars, celebration days (e.g., World Heart Day), etc.
Handle logistics, coordination, and promotions for each event.
7. Budgeting & Reporting:
Prepare monthly marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure ROI.
Generate reports on patient acquisition, campaign effectiveness, and brand reach.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration
Experience:
5-10 years in hospital or healthcare marketing.
Experience in B2C and B2B healthcare marketing, outreach, and digital campaigns
Key Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking with analytical ability
Knowledge of healthcare market trends and patient behavior
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
Leadership and team management capabilities
