Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the hospital's overall marketing and business development strategies. The role involves enhancing the hospital's brand visibility, managing patient engagement initiatives, driving patient acquisition, liaising with doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, and referral networks to ensure business growth with ECHS, CGHS, TPA and Governments Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Strategic Planning & Branding
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
Build and maintain the hospital's brand image through digital and offline platforms.
Design marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
2.
Business Development & Networking
Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, referral networks, and corporate clients.
Collaborate with insurance companies, TPAs, ESIC, CGHS, ECHS and government health schemes.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Renew empanelment from time to time.
Plan patient awareness programs, health camps, and community outreach activities.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare services, and patient engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
