Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, referral partners, corporate clients, and community organizations.
Organize and coordinate health camps, seminars, CMEs, and community awareness programs.
Handle digital marketing, social media promotions, and content creation in coordination with the marketing team.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and patient feedback.
Support branding activities including brochures, advertisements, and hospital visibility campaigns.
Achieve monthly/quarterly patient inflow and revenue targets through effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth execution of campaigns and events.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and referral management.
Ability to plan and execute events, campaigns, and outreach activities.
Digital marketing and social media knowledge preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
