Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, referral doctors, and corporate clients.
Organize medical camps, health check-up programs, CME activities, and community outreach initiatives.
Develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporates.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with hospital management, clinical teams, and external vendors for marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on marketing ROI, patient acquisition, and business growth.
Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices as per healthcare standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
2-6 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or business development.
Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing channels (digital, offline, referral, corporate).
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong organizational and event management abilities.
