Position:

Hospital Manager

Qualification:

MBA in Hospital Management or Master's in Hospital Management

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Administration or a relevant healthcare role (Experience with patient flow management and hospital operations preferred)

Reporting To:

Director - Health / Hospital Director

Location:

Ranchi, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hospital operations

to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support teams

to maintain quality patient care.

Supervise administrative functions

including OPD, IPD, billing, records, housekeeping, and front-office activities.

Monitor hospital protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines

to ensure compliance.

Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and workforce management

as per hospital needs.

Manage patient services

, address grievances, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Monitor hospital inventory

, equipment, consumables, and coordinate timely procurement.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

for management review.

Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes

as required.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies

for hospital operations.
