Supervise daily hospital operations across all departments (OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Support Services).
Ensure implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor patient care services to enhance quality and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied staff for smooth functioning.
Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, biomedical equipment, and infrastructure.
Prepare and monitor hospital budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Corporate & Business Development:
Liaise with corporate companies, insurance providers, and TPAs for empanelment's and cashless services.
Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate clients for employee health checkups, wellness programs, and tie-ups.
Plan and execute business development strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
Represent the hospital in corporate meetings, conferences, and public relations activities.
Coordinate medical camps, awareness programs, and CSR activities for community outreach.
Compliance & Quality Management:
Ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, and other regulatory/accreditation standards.
Maintain legal, statutory, and ethical compliance in hospital operations.
Implement quality improvement initiatives, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
Financial Management:
Support the finance team in billing accuracy, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
Prepare MIS reports for senior management regarding hospital performance.
Identify areas for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
.
5-10 years of experience in
hospital administration and corporate relations
.
Experience with NABH accreditation, insurance/TPA dealings, and corporate healthcare services preferred.
