Job Title: Hospital Management Tutor (Full-Time)

About the Role

Avodha EduTech is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Hospital Management Tutor for our Vyttila center. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant sessions in hospital and healthcare management, guiding students to develop knowledge and skills essential for careers in hospital administration, operations, and healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Conduct interactive sessions on healthcare administration, hospital operations, and management principles.

Guide students in understanding healthcare systems, quality standards, and patient services.

Prepare, update, and organize academic content and practical learning materials.

Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and projects.

Provide mentorship, career guidance, and continuous learning support to students.

Collaborate with the academic team to maintain course quality and relevance to industry standards.

Maintain attendance records, feedback reports, and performance summaries.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Public Health / Business Administration (mandatory).

Prior teaching or professional experience in hospital administration preferred.

Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare processes, and management concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for teaching and empowering students with industry-ready knowledge.

Ability to deliver lessons in an engaging, practical, and student-focused manner.

Working Hours

Full-time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
