Hospital Management Faculty

to strengthen our academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or diploma-level courses in Hospital and Healthcare Management. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in accordance with academic standards. Deliver lectures, conduct classroom discussions, and supervise student projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum. Organize seminars, guest lectures, and industry interactions for student development. Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students. Participate in departmental meetings and institutional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in hospital or healthcare administration. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A passion for teaching and the ability to engage students effectively. Familiarity with hospital operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
