Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).

Registration or certification with a recognized medical laboratory council (if applicable).

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Open to working rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night duty.

Flexible with rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).

Available to work on a rotating schedule that includes morning, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, label, and prepare biological samples (blood, urine, stool, sputum, etc.) for testing.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using microscopes, analyzers, and other lab equipment.

Analyze results and ensure accuracy before reporting to medical staff or entering data into the system.

Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols.

Manage sample storage, disposal of biohazard waste, and inventory of reagents and supplies.

Ensure compliance with hospital infection control and safety policies.

Assist doctors and pathologists with special or complex diagnostic tests when required.

Keep detailed records of all tests performed and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Participate in continuing education, audits, and training programs to stay current with lab standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
