Medical Department (Clinical Staff)

Doctors (Consultants / Residents / Specialists)

Diagnose and treat patients, prescribe medication, perform procedures/surgeries, and guide junior doctors.

Nurses (Staff Nurse / Head Nurse)

Provide patient care, administer medication, assist in surgeries, monitor vital signs, and maintain patient records.

Surgeons

Perform surgical operations, pre- and post-operative care, coordinate with anesthesiologists and surgical nurses.

Anesthesiologists

Administer anesthesia, monitor patient during surgery, manage pain relief.

Allied Health Professionals

Physiotherapists

Help patients recover mobility, create rehabilitation programs, and prevent physical disabilities.

Pharmacists

Dispense medication, check prescriptions, counsel patients on drug usage.

Radiologists / Imaging Technicians

Operate X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound machines; interpret scans for diagnosis.

Lab Technicians

Conduct medical tests (blood, urine, biopsy, etc.), maintain lab equipment, report findings to doctors.

Dietitians / Nutritionists

Plan patient diets, provide nutrition therapy, manage dietary needs for chronic illnesses.

Ensure smooth functioning of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.

Emergency Medicine Doctors

Provide immediate care in ER, manage trauma, cardiac arrest, and life-threatening conditions.

ICU Nurses

Monitor critical patients, operate ventilators, coordinate with intensivists.

Paramedics

Provide pre-hospital emergency care, assist doctors in emergencies.

Finance & Billing

Billing Executives

Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.

Accountants

Manage hospital finances, audit, and expense tracking.

IT & Data Management

Health IT Officer

Maintain hospital software (HIS, EMR), ensure data security and compliance.

Manage and repair medical equipment, ensure calibration and safety compliance.
