Job Overview
We are seeking a Hospital IP Manager for our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the hospital's inpatient operations, ensuring compliance, effective utilization management, and seamless healthcare information system operations.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in healthcare information systems (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient flow of information across departments.
  • Strong knowledge in utilization management (Mandatory skill) for optimizing inpatient resources and patient care processes.
  • Proficiency in compliance and regulatory affairs (Mandatory skill), ensuring hospital operations meet healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Thorough understanding of medicare/medicaid regulations to navigate funding and compliance pathways effectively.
  • Experience in ICD-10 coding for accurate patient record management and billing processes in hospital settings.
  • Understanding of revenue cycle management to enhance financial performance and patient care services.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with legal standards.
  • Strong focus on performance improvement, driving continuous enhancements in patient service quality and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate inpatient operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient processes.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, including data privacy and utilization standards.
  • Liaise with clinical departments to ensure integrated care delivery and adherence to best practices.
