Oversee insurance desk and claims process (cashless & reimbursement).
Liaise with TPAs, insurance companies, and government health schemes.
Verify pre-authorization requests, discharge summaries, and bills.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and hospital policies.
Lead and train the insurance team for efficient claim management.
Prepare MIS reports and track claim settlements.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Insurance.
7+ years of hospital insurance experience (3+ years in leadership preferred).
Strong knowledge of TPAs, health insurance, and government schemes.
Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
