By providing these surgeries, we aim to alleviate the heavy eye healthcare cost burden too often place on those least able to bear it. It is our heartfelt endeavour to aid approximately 50,000 -1,00,000 surgeries annually, providing them with a chance to see the world more clearly and live a fuller life.
We are seeking a responsible and committed individual for the post of
Hospital In-Charge (24x7 Responsibility)
, who can take complete operational and administrative responsibility for the hospital on a 24x7 basis. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day hospital functioning, ensure smooth coordination among medical, nursing, and support staff, and act as the primary point of accountability for all hospital activities at all times.
Responsibilities
Take overall charge of hospital operations round-the-clock (24x7).
Ensure uninterrupted delivery of patient care services.
Supervise and coordinate medical, paramedical, and support staff.
Handle emergency situations and take prompt administrative decisions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and statutory requirements.
Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of all departments.
Report regularly to senior management/governing body.
Should Possess
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle responsibility independently at all times.
Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare management preferred.
Willingness to be available on call 24x7.
