Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain hospital infrastructure including power, water, air conditioning, lifts, and medical gas systems Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping across all hospital areas (IPD, OPD, ICU, OT, wards, toilets, etc.) Coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance activities with electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and biomedical engineers Supervise security guards and enforce hospital safety protocols Maintain AMC and service contracts for all equipment and utility systems Ensure regular pest control, linen laundry, and waste disposal (including BMW compliance) Manage facility-related vendor contracts and payments Conduct daily facility rounds and maintain facility checklist logs Handle any emergency breakdowns and coordinate timely resolution Work closely with nursing, pharmacy, and admin teams for facility support
