Minimum 1-3 Years in HR (Hospital / Healthcare Industry Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and coordinate HR activities in our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training & development, attendance & payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Administrative Staff, Housekeeping, etc.)
Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Manage attendance, leave records, salary input & payroll coordination.
Address employee queries and provide HR support in daily operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training, skill development & hospital HR activities.
Promote a positive work culture and staff retention.
Skills Required:
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Hands-on experience with recruitment and HR software.
Knowledge of hospital staff roles will be an added advantage.
Education:
Graduate / MBA / PG in HR or related field.
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards.
