We are seeking a professional with a pleasant personality to manage reception and billing activities at our hospital. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with patients while ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake reception and billing activities with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain the patient appointment register both manually and in Excel.
Adhere strictly to the hospital's disciplinary protocols and front-office standards.
Monitor patients arriving for consultation and organize Out-Patient (OP) services efficiently.
Explain the Out-Patient Feedback Form to patients and ensure it is completed.
Guide patients regarding appointments with the respective consultants.
Inform patients about the availability of cancer care services in the hospital.
Handle patient inquiries and grievances with empathy and professionalism before their departure.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification: Graduate with
2-5
years of experience in the healthcare or hospital industry.
Ability to conduct observation rounds to monitor patient arrivals within hospital premises.
Initiative-driven, with the capability to improve the functioning of the assigned area.
Skilled in multitasking, with knowledge of IT systems and camera-related equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage patient interactions effectively.
Candidates with immediate availability and prior hospital front-office exposure will be preferred.
