Hospital Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an organised Floor Supervisor to supervise all floor activity, including assisting Patients and monitoring staff.

Floor Supervisor Requirements:

Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant field, proven work experience as a Hospital Administration supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry will be added advantage. Hands on experience with database systems and MS Excel Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations Basic accounting skills Familiarity with medical transcription will be added advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills Highly organized and Ability to supervise and train team members Problem solving attitude
Duties:-

The Floor supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met. To be successful as a floor Supervisor, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. Ensures Availability of Doctor and Resolves Issues related to Operation Management. Ensures prompt Response to nursing calls. Monitors Staff behavior and attitude Ensures that new admissions received in the system. Ensures that discharges are completed on time in the system. Ensures Patient care by Addresses patient problems with any queries or requests. Provides information in case of any queries, checking completeness of Medical Record File. Manage the day to day Patient Care Services, Personally handle queries to ensure accurate courteous communication, providing all required information Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff, Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensure service is proactive responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.
