About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Facility Management Personnel

to oversee the non-clinical operations of our hospital. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-friendly environment across all departments. You'll be responsible for infrastructure, maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination - ensuring our hospital runs smoothly 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of hospital facilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and biomedical equipment Supervise housekeeping, security, waste management, and laundry services Ensure compliance with NABH, fire safety, and infection control protocols Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and service contracts Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Hospital Administration Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management Strong understanding of hospital infrastructure and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills Familiarity with hospital management systems and facility software
