Get the consent letter signed and stamped by the HOD.
Ensure that all attendees fill out the attendance sheet -- no one should be missed.
Once the session begins, take 9-10 high-quality images covering the PG students from different angles.
Collect feedback forms with ratings and signatures from all 60 PG students.
