Job Title: Hospital Brother (Male Nurse)

:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Brother (Male Nurse) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering quality nursing care to patients, support doctors during procedures, and ensure a clean and safe environment within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound dressing, IV infusions, and vital signs monitoring.

Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and comfort of patients.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Coordinate with other nursing staff and departments for smooth workflow.

Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.

Registered with the State Nursing Council.

Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.

Empathy, patience, and dedication towards patient care.

Basic knowledge of hospital management systems and documentation.
