We are looking for Hospital Billing Executives to manage both
voice and non-voice processes
. The role includes handling patient/insurance-related calls, verifying details, processing bills, and ensuring smooth claim submissions and settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance providers, and hospital staff.
Process and verify hospital bills, treatment details, and insurance coverage.
Manage insurance claims, prior authorizations, and follow-ups.
Respond to patient queries and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate patient billing records and update hospital systems.
Generate reports related to billing, claims, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in
hospital billing / medical billing (voice & non-voice)
.
Knowledge of insurance claim process, healthcare billing, and denial management.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and billing tools/software.
