The Hospital Administrator/Manager will oversee the daily operations of our psychiatric hospital in Mysuru, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a passion for mental healthcare.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in hospital administration; experience in psychiatric or multispecialty hospitals preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory norms, and quality standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Compassionate approach with sensitivity to mental health and patient needs.

Pay: ₹393,391.11 - ₹560,307.47 per year
