MBA in Hospital Administration / MHA / PGDHM or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics).
Coordinate with medical and non-medical departments.
Ensure patient satisfaction and handle grievances.
Maintain compliance with healthcare standards (NABH, etc.).
Oversee billing, front office, housekeeping, and inventory.
Prepare MIS reports and support management in planning.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication
Knowledge of hospital workflows and regulations
Proficient in MS Office and hospital software
