Recruit, train, and evaluate hospital staff. Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and professionalism.
Handle staffing issues, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Prepare and manage hospital budgets and financial reports. Monitor revenue, expenditures, and cost-effectiveness.
Work to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality. Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NABH, JCI). Coordinate internal and external audits.
Prepare the hospital for accreditation and quality assurance programs. Ensure the hospital provides high-quality and patient-centric care. Address patient complaints and resolve service-related issues. Monitor patient feedback to improve services.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to define long-term goals. Implement strategic initiatives to expand services and improve performance. Develop partnerships with external stakeholders (e.g., insurance providers, vendors)
